Goodwill Outlet – Tucson

The advertised hours are Monday – Saturday from 9 am – 8 pm and Sundays from 11 am – 7 pm.
The advertised prices are $1.49 per pound clothing, $0.89 per pound for hard goods, and $0.29 per pound for glassware.
This is a new location. The previous location at 1830 E. Irvington Rd will be a regular Goodwill store.
We were looking forward to going to the one in Phoenix and were appalled! People were hoarding the carts. They had 2-3 COMPLETELY full carts, sitting around in lawn chairs, waiting for the next bunch of bins to come out. Why not pay for one cart,at least, and free up a cart for someone else to use? There wasn’t an empty cart to be found. Some were blocking the pathway with their chairs and full carts. People were budging in line, waiting for the bins to come out. This experience completely destroyed our desire to ever go to one again.
