I’ve shopped here before with no incident. It was a very agreeable experience. I’ve never noticed if there’s a warning posted not to open the packages. Regardless. I would never and have never done that at any bin store. I will look at a package that’s already open and check the contents. Which apparently at this store is not allowed. This was rudely explained to me by a rather bovine shaped woman with a nasty and non- customer friendly attitude. I don’t know if these instructions are posted or not. The right thing to do would have been to politely point them out and remind me of the policy. I won’t be returning as long as that miscreant works there. There was another very polite woman the last time I visited your wonderful store. She didn’t insist on speaking to me in spanish and treated me with dignity and respect. I believe she was the younger of the two. Thank you for this opportunity to comment.
